This Privacy Policy explains how the FormReady India Android application handles photos, scanned documents, app preferences, advertising data and purchase information.
FormReady India does not require you to create an account. Photos, document scans and generated files are processed locally on your device and are not uploaded to servers controlled by FormReady India.
The app uses certain Google services for rewarded advertising, document scanning and Google Play purchases. Those services may process limited device, network, usage or purchase-related data as explained below.
When you select a photo from your device, the app accesses only the photo or photos you choose. The selected content may contain personal information depending on the image you provide.
The app uses the selected images to perform features requested by you, including cropping, rotation, resizing, format conversion, file-size compression and PDF creation.
When you use Document Scanner, you control which pages are scanned, edited and returned to FormReady India. Scanned documents may contain sensitive personal information, so you should scan only documents that you are authorised to process.
Photo editing, image compression and PDF preparation are performed locally on your device.
Google ML Kit Document Scanner provides the scanning interface and performs the document-scanning flow on-device. Scanner components may be delivered through Google Play services.
The app may save the following information in private app storage:
FormReady India does not upload your selected photos, document images, generated PDFs or saved scans to developer-controlled cloud storage.
When you export an image or PDF, the file is saved only after an action initiated by you. Exported files may be stored in your gallery, Downloads folder, Documents folder or another location selected through Android.
After export, you are responsible for controlling access to, sharing and deleting those files.
Free exports may require an internet connection and completion of a rewarded advertisement. FormReady India uses the Google Mobile Ads SDK to provide rewarded ads.
According to Google's Mobile Ads data disclosure, the SDK may automatically collect or share information such as:
Google may use this information for advertising, analytics, service operation and fraud prevention.
FormReady India does not provide your photos or scanned-document contents to the advertising SDK for personalised advertising.

Google's advertising technologies
FormReady India uses Google ML Kit Document Scanner. The scanner flow, models and supporting resources are provided through Google Play services, and document processing is designed to occur on-device.

Lifetime Premium purchases and purchase restoration are processed through Google Play Billing. Google Play handles the payment flow. FormReady India receives purchase status and product information needed to unlock or restore Premium access.
FormReady India does not directly collect or process your full payment-card details.

You can remove locally saved scans through the My Scans section of the app.
Clearing the app's storage or uninstalling the app normally deletes files and preferences stored in the app's private storage.
Files that you exported to your gallery, Downloads, Documents or another external location are not removed when the app is uninstalled. You must delete those exported files from that location yourself.
Data retained independently by Google services is controlled by Google's applicable privacy policies and user controls.
FormReady India does not provide user accounts and does not store your photos, scanned documents or generated files on developer-controlled servers.
You can delete locally saved scans from the My Scans section of the app. You can also clear the app's storage or uninstall the app to remove data stored in the app's private storage.
Files that you exported to your Gallery, Downloads, Documents or another external location must be deleted from that location by you.

The app limits document and photo processing to the functionality requested by you and uses Android app-private storage for local app files where applicable.
Network communication used by integrated Google services is protected using their supported security measures.
No electronic storage or transmission method can be guaranteed to be completely secure. You should avoid processing documents on a device that you do not trust.
This Privacy Policy may be updated when app features, third-party services or legal requirements change. The revised policy will be published on this page with an updated effective date.
